“Not everything that is faced can be changed. But nothing can be changed until it is faced.” —James Baldwin

Life is full of experiences—joyous, exciting, hopeful, sad, disappointing, scary. But when one understands themselves, they can engage life fully with possibility and promise.

I have been in the mental healthcare field for over 20 years. As a therapist, I help people understand themselves, heal, grow, love, and cope with what they face, have faced, or will face. With curiosity, humor, humility, and patience, I listen, ask questions, and help my clients manage life.

I provide both short and longer-term psychotherapy to adults who are seeking greater insight into their thinking, behavior, and emotional patterns, as well as those who are currently experiencing psychological discomfort. Therapy can be a time to focus on yourself, your strengths, and your areas of growth.

I value my clients’ differences, strengths, and unique perspectives to events and situations. I offer a supportive and non-judgmental space to talk and to be heard where you can work on being the better you that you wish to be. If that is what you are seeking, welcome and thank you for your interest in my psychotherapy practice.

Get in touch with me to set up a free consultation, or use the contact form at the bottom of this page to inquire whether my services are a good fit for what you need because once a good fit is found, therapy can be a rewarding experience.

“I am not what happened to me. I am what I choose to become.”—Carl Jung

Let's Chat.

Talking to a therapist for the first time can feel awkward or embarrassing for many individuals. However, usually after a few sessions, clients begin to feel more comfortable with the process and come to see therapy and their therapist as a supportive, reliable part of their lives.

I've included several ways to contact me. Please give me a call, send an email, or simply fill out the form on this page. I'm looking forward to speaking with you. Be well.
